Rental conditions Equipments of the boats There are necessary safety, navigation (life vests, charts, compass etc.) and sailing equipment as well as equipment for accommodation (sheets for extra charge).Charterer's qualifications At least one member of the crew must have sufficient knowledge of navigation, seamanship and sailing of the boat chartered. The charterer takes full responsibility of the boat and the persons onboard during the time the boat is chartered to him/her. He/She also agrees to handle the boat and its equipment with good care. The boat is to be returned to the harbour stated in the contract and in due time and in the same condition as it was delivered to him/her. Pets onboard are not allowed.Rates include The rates include the rent of the boat with equipment and insurance. Fuel costs are to be paid by the customer.Pets Pets onboard are not allowed due to allergy reasons.Security deposit The charterer must pay a security deposit. The deposit isInsurance All the boats are insured with rent boat insurance. The insurance covers all damages to the boat during the charter period, caused by the normal use of the boat.Yacht reservation and terms of payment The reservation can be made over telephone, telex, post or e-mail. The charterer makes the confirmation of reservation. Only full advance payment gives the charterer the right to overtake the boat from the harbour. 40% in advance as reservation fee, 60% 4 weeks before the charter period starts. Usually the rental period is from saturday to friday, sometimes also from monday to sunday.
